Bio

A Charlotte resident since 1975, Lisa graduated from East Mecklenburg High School and attended the University of North Carolina where she majored in Communications with a minor in English.

Lisa has over twenty years of experience in real estate, all of it with Wanda Smith & Associates. Licensed in both North and South Carolina, she is the author of and certified instructor for the NC Real Estate Commission approved continuing education course Keys to Selling HUD Homes. Along with her duties as Broker-in-charge, Lisa negotiates offers for the Fannie Mae portfolio and sees contracts through to closing.

Even though she will always be a Tarheel at heart, Lisa and her husband of twenty-three years are the very proud parents of a Duke Blue Devil, Class of 2018.
