Wanda Smith began her career in Real Estate in 1977. Through personalized service and attention to her clients, she became one of the most well known names in Charlotte Real Estate.

Wanda gained national prominence in 1985 when she was awarded the title of number one sales agent in the U.S. for Merrill Lynch Realty. In 1987, Wanda started her own firm. Currently, the firm has 22 full time real estate professionals.

Since Wanda's passing in 1994, her son, Tony Smith runs the company bearing her name and works to provide the same level of service and customer support their clients have come to expect.
